Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Product Manager – Data Products within the Global Data & Analytics Products team. The Sr. Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, analytics, machine learning, governance, and business stakeholders and will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management (Data Platform). This role will lead the strategy and execution for data assets that enable trusted, governed datasets for teams across the business, laying the foundation for advanced ML & AI use cases, experimentation, personalization, automation, and enterprise reporting. Responsibilities Own and execute the roadmap for data assets and curated data products, aligned with marketing and ecommerce stakeholders and AI enablement priorities. Define, track, and report key data product metrics, including adoption, data quality, latency, completeness, and downstream usage. Define and deliver reusable, scalable, well‑documented data assets for analytics, BI, ML, and operational use cases. Partner with data engineering, governance, and analytics teams to define data models, transformation logic, and data quality standards. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion, transformation, and semantic layers. Ensure data assets are structured to support experimentation, personalization, predictive analytics, and AI initiatives. Support integrations with new data sources to enhance data completeness and enrichment. Remove impediments for engineering teams due to unclear requirements, misaligned priorities, or stakeholder ambiguity. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with significant experience in data products, data platforms, or analytics ecosystems. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., data marts, semantic layers). Experience partnering closely with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions. Familiarity with modern data stack technologies (cloud data warehouses, orchestration tools) and marketing automation platforms (CRMs, CDPs). Strong SQL proficiency; ability to explore and validate data independently. Experience defining and measuring data quality and governance standards. Ability to translate complex data architecture concepts into clear business outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams. Previous experience as a management consultant a plus. Strong storyteller and systems thinker.
