HVAC Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage daily service and project requests Manage in house technician schedules Manage time efficiently while working in the office and field Hire and develop new in house technicians. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and conditions. Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards. Proactively identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities Qualifications: Proven HVAC experience with an understanding of operations and management. HVAC / Mechanical license is preferred but not required Strong management and operations skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
