Account Manager

Insight Global is supporting the hiring of an Account Manager - HVAC Service & Solutions for one of our clients. This role is responsible for managing an assigned sales territory while partnering closely with Independent Manufacturers' Representatives, District and Service Center leadership, technicians, parts teams, and internal sales partners. In this role, you will focus on growing existing customer relationships, prospecting new business, and developing sales opportunities using installedbase data and other leadgeneration sources. You will travel throughout the territory to meet with customers, prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and guide projects from initial concept through completion. This position also involves reviewing competitive market offerings, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and leveraging tools such as energy rebates, ROI analysis, and payback estimates to support customer decisionmaking. Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma/GED with additional years of related work experience
2-4+ years of related sales experience
Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to travel territory daily
Demonstrated ability to influence the market


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, communications, or related field
Commercial HVAC sales experience
Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software
Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
