Hospitality Health ER is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our high-touch, hospitality-first model in East Texas.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Coordinator:Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events, school partnerships, and fundraisersBuild and maintain relationships with key community groups and referral sourcesCollaborate with the marketing team to manage internal events and social media initiativesRepresent the HHER brand at local Chamber meetings and networking eventsCoordinate branded giveaways, marketing items, and promo materialsKeep inventory of marketing supplies and ensure seamless event preparation and setupLead the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview locationServe as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at every touchpointCreate and decorate tablescapes, booths, and tents for internal and external eventsProvide in-person customer service support inside the ER, helping create a welcoming and comforting experience for patients and familiesRequirements & Qualifications for the Senior Marketing Coordinator:Marketing experience with a strong understanding of community engagementProven track record that showcases creativityExcellent time management and event planning skills; schedule availability to attend events in early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrated integrity as you'll be trusted with a company credit card, vehicle, and petty cashValid driver's license and ability to travel locallyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional marketing or communications training is a plusDemonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both internal teams and external community partnersStrong organization & prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPerks & Benefits:Competitive pay depending on experienceGrowth opportunity401K with company matchCompany pays 100% of medical, dental, and visionMileage reimbursementAbout Hospitality Health ER:Hospitality Health ER is a freestanding ER in Longview and Tyler, TX that provides personal attention to all patients with first-class care.
