What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care in a community health setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and diagnostics
• Manage patient treatment plans and follow-up
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
• Adhere to all applicable laws and institutional policies

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
• Relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently within scope of practice

• Experience in outpatient or community health settings
• Bilingual skills a plus
