Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental assisting role. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
