Electro-Mechanical Technician

Build custom industrial equipment in a hands-on role that combines mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting. If you enjoy working from blueprints and seeing a project come together from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.

• Assemble industrial machinery from blueprints and schematics
• Perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and panel installation
• Mount components, valves, gauges, and fittings
• Conduct basic mechanical and electrical testing
• Use hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment safely
• Complete daily production and labor reports
• Work closely with a small team to build high-quality equipment

• Mechanical and electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Experience with panel wiring and electro-mechanical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Industrial equipment or machinery assembly experience preferred

• Training typically starts on 1st Shift
• Opportunities on 1st and 2nd Shift based on business needs and seniority
• Overtime and Saturday work available

Work in a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility assembling large industrial equipment. You'll work alongside a small team in a hands-on environment focused on quality, craftsmanship, and safety. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warm production setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Valley, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $22.51/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
