Office Assistant - Accounts Receivable Details:
- Temporary position
- $14.00 to $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment arrangements, and account discrepancies, including collection calls
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve account issues
- Maintain accurate and up?to?date records in the accounting system
Office Assistant - Accounts Receivable Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a small office setting
- Strong organizational and time?management skills
