Manufacturing SupervisorBIORAY, Inc. — Irvine, California — Onsite, Monday–Friday Compensation: $75k-$80k AnnuallyThe OpportunityThe Manufacturing Lead/Supervisor owns the day-to-day execution of BIORAY's manufacturing operation. This seat exists to ensure production schedules are delivered on time while maintaining the quality, safety, compliance, equipment reliability, and operational discipline required to produce BIORAY products consistently.You own production output and the conditions that make reliable production possible. You lead the production team, maintain equipment performance, protect inventory accuracy, uphold GMP documentation, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive improvements that reduce waste and increase productivity.As BIORAY scales, manufacturing execution must remain disciplined, dependable, and aligned with established formulations and processes. This seat leads the production team and creates the operating discipline required to deliver production goals consistently.The role maintains control of the manufacturing environment by keeping schedules on track, equipment operating, documentation current, materials accurate, and established quality and safety requirements in place.
