This individual will play a critical leadership role overseeing complex, large-scale industrial projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across engineering, procurement, and construction environments.Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership • Manage change orders, contract administration, and documentation • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members
