Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Essential Functions:

\n
• Collaborate with the quality inspection team to address and manage non-conformities in products.
\n
• Monitor and manage current inventory levels in coordination with the plant.
\n
• Work directly with the aggregate sales team to ensure alignment on product availability and quality.
\n
• Assist, consolidate, and coordinate new product development initiatives, ensuring effective communication between teams and pro-active monitoring of the progress.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between sales and the Pulaski plant foundry, facilitating information flow and project updates.
\n
• Manage workflow in the Hercules online system to track for product development
\n
• Support the creation of SAP numbers for new products, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
\n
• Ensure the plant stays on track with pattern creation, trials, and the timely delivery of final products.
\n
• Salesforce tracking to include non-conformities, open sales opportunities, and sales leads.
\n
• Maintain updated Parts List with pricing.
\n
• Report to BMA NAM Sales Manager
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
\n
• Familiarity with the Aggregate or Manufacturing industries preferred.
\n
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
\n
