Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Provide therapeutic interventions primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.Adapt treatment approaches for geriatric and neurological patient populations.Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with charting systems such as Epic.Opportunities may include working in outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred; acute or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered.Proficiency with the Epic charting system is preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Strong communication and organizational skills.
