Senior Implementation Consultant

Senior Implementation Consultant Revenue.io is a Salesforce-native revenue orchestration platform. We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead large-scale Enterprise implementations of our platform into Salesforce-centric environments. Responsibilities Lead 5-7 highly strategic enterprise implementations simultaneously Develop custom strategic project plans with milestones, deliverables, and timelines Drive and manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle Develop, curate, and manage issues and risks that impact implementation success Provide consultative insights on sales productivity best practices Design solution-based implementation plans using Revenue.io Value Realization Framework Lead customers through technical configuration, customized training, and enablement sessions Align success criteria to support quick wins that demonstrate value Showcase reports, dashboards, and KPIs for continuous improvements and adoption Provide project management expertise, platform knowledge, and customer goal alignment Collaborate with CSM, AE, and account teams on execution and task delegation Communicate customer feature requests to the Product Team and execution expectations Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to CSM and AE Trivially troubleshoot technical issues for Salesforce and Revenue.io platform Escalate customer issues appropriately through support channels Use relationship-building strategies for challenging conversations Contribute to the development of Solution Playbooks and implementation improvement activities Qualifications 5+ years experience in implementation management, solutions, or a related role in large, complex enterprises Extremely strong Salesforce administration and configuration acumen; Salesforce Admin Certification highly desired Demonstrated experience managing large complex projects with multiple stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling challenging customer relationships Experience designing and leading training/enablement activities Strong experience with change management approaches/methodologies Experience with other industry companies such as Salesloft, Gong, or Groove is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge of telephony integration (CTI) in Salesforce is a bonus Salary
$120,000 USD - $160,000 USD
