Employees report to a central location before heading to job sites in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Riverside, and nearby areas.As a Project Manager, you will oversee every stage of construction projects. You will manage budgets, control costs, and create project timelines with a focus on quality and safety. Each day, you'll collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, solving any issues that come up. You'll also use construction management software to keep everything organized and ensure your team achieves great results. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!3+ years of experience in construction, with roles in project coordination, supervision, or managementStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with budgeting, cost control, and schedulingKeen attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety compliancePreferred qualifications:5+ years of experience, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource managementBachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (Some positions may accept an associate degree with substantial related experience)Familiarity with construction management software and standard office softwareKnowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologiesCertifications in OSHA, CCM, CMAA, PMP, PMI, or other safety and project management certificationsABOUT USAt DHI Builds, Inc., we're passionate about transforming houses into homes.
