PAID TRAINING Our Guiding Principles Customers First Self-Driven Positive Can-Do Attitude Knowledge Sharing Above & Beyond The Big Task You will be responsible for overseeing our fleet used by our technicians. Key Sub Tasks Conduct Vehicle inspections across all 3 locations. Maintain vehicle maintenance logs. Update Trucks & Techs assignments in fleet management software. Assign and keep track of gas fuel cards per locations. Vehicle registration renewals. Schedule maintenance and repairs through varices vendors. And other potential duties. Desired Skills and Experience You should have experience in supply chain functional, operations/inventory management experience. General accounting concept knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel knowledge. Self-starter/resourceful—able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with store teams, finance team and upper management. Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs. Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem‑solving. A self‑motivated leader who is accountable for one’s work. Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data. High degree of financial acumen. High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills.
