Sr. Training Manager, Commercial Sales Excellence & Training

Senior Training Manager position at SCIEX (Danaher) responsible for designing and delivering commercial sales training programs globally. The role develops learning strategies, training content, and coaching resources to build sales effectiveness and technical expertise across the commercial organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial training strategies aligned with business growth objectives and capability needs
Design and deliver engaging learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, certifications, and coaching
Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption of commercial excellence competencies and best practices
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, feedback, and business performance metrics
Align training priorities across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure consistent capability development

Requirements

Advanced degree in science discipline or Master's in Education with adult learning focus
7+ years commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or analytical instrumentation
Demonstrated expertise designing instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
Working knowledge of sales methodology, funnel management, value selling, and Salesforce CRM
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; valid passport

Compensation: $130,000-$142,000 base
