Program Manager - Baseball

Position Overview Program Manager – Baseball Location 3625 Cumberland Boulevard SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 Responsibilities Lead a team that delivers faultless services to customers, identifying areas to improve day‑to‑day operations and efficiencies. Provide leadership and development to a group of Operations Managers, Leads, and Coordinators, ensuring effective training and meeting their needs. Contribute to budgeting and fiscal year finance review. Understand customer strategies and, with a comprehensive knowledge of core technology, offer solutions to add value to sports operations alongside the Commercial Director. Partner with the UK‑based Tech team to ensure regional technologies continually improve. Set staffing levels, support Operations Managers in logistics and scheduling, and maintain a 12‑plus month planning horizon for scheduling and resourcing decisions. Identify and execute department‑wide improvements and cost‑saving initiatives. Lead weekly Ops stand‑ups with the Operations Director and Sport Operational Managers and embody the company values in all decision making. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sports Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Sports Technology or a related field

Skills Required Experience with optical player‑tracking software and theory Experience with video review software and theory Windows Server hardware build, troubleshooting, and component knowledge End‑to‑end process mapping and workflow design Project management, including planning for system installations and calibrations within time, budget, and staffing constraints Validation of system installations with camera hardware and fiber optic Client communication to provide regular, accurate, and transparent updates Resource management, goal setting, career planning, and effective scheduling for projects Experience of any amount of experience with the required skills is acceptable Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $109,907–$127,000 (dependent on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other factors).
