Reports to: Director of Maintenance Job Description Inventory tracking, management, and control of aircraft parts at locations. Tracking parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving to include green tag component control with base-to-base transfers of parts, Class 1, and A11 GSE parts. Conduct GSE preventative maintenance scheduling as needed. Enter and order parts in the WinAir system of record. Track and maintain hazardous goods and storage. Maintain parts shelf-life tracking and conduct monthly auditing. Manage U.S. Mail/COMAT. Manage vehicle maintenance monitoring to include lease contract compliance for preventative maintenance.
