We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collision Repair Estimator to join our fast-paced automotive repair team. In this role, you will be the critical link between customers, insurance companies, and the repair facility—responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and profitable repair estimates while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact, high-reward position with strong earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs using industry-standard procedures
• Create accurate and profitable repair estimates using estimating software (CCC ONE)
• Communicate directly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians throughout the repair process
• Negotiate repair approvals with insurance companies to maximize job profitability
• Ensure all estimates align with OEM repair procedures and safety standards
• Track repair progress and update estimates as needed for supplements
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Manage workflow efficiently to meet cycle time and shop productivity goals
• Document all findings, photos, and repair details accurately

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or in a similar automotive role preferred
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes, structural damage, and refinishing
• Experience working with insurance claims and negotiations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn estimating systems quickly

Preferred Certifications & Training:

• I-CAR Platinum Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• ASE Certification (especially B6, B7, or related collision repair credentials)
• OEM repair procedure training (preferred for modern vehicle manufacturers)
• CCC ONE / Audatex / Mitchell estimating system training
• Welding or structural repair training is a plus
