Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Associate Starting Salary $15-$18 per hour, plus great benefits. Household Furniture Co. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to work in our corporate headquarters or in the offices of our beautiful showrooms. Customer Service Associates are responsible for supporting sales associates, customers, and store management, processing payments and finance applications, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care responsibilities, answering phones, and various other office duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: Positive CAN-DO ATTITUDE Three to six months of relevant experience preferred Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Bilingual Ability to work evenings and weekends Household Furniture Co.
