OCB is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Practice Management to provide operational leadership across our growing ophthalmology practice. This leader will oversee multiple service lines, departments, and locations, with responsibility for practice operations, patient access, front desk services, central scheduling, team development, and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with physicians and operational leaders, the Director will drive performance, strengthen the patient experience, develop high-performing teams, and support the organization's continued growth across multiple sites.

What We're Looking For

• Healthcare operations leadership experience, preferably in a physician practice setting
• Experience overseeing multiple departments, service lines, and/or locations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Financial, operational, and performance management experience
• A passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• The ability to build strong partnerships with physicians, leaders, and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, preferably in a physician practice setting
• Minimum of 3 years leading managers, departments, multi-site operations, or a combination thereof
• Experience overseeing patient access, front desk operations, scheduling, and practice performance metrics preferred
• Ophthalmology, ambulatory, or specialty practice experience strongly preferred

The salary range for this position is $140,000–$160,000, with bonus potential, commensurate with experience.
