Senior Pastor

Bethsaida Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation in Dublin, Georgia, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual shepherd of our church family, leading under the lordship of Christ and in accordance with Scripture.
With a long-standing presence in the Dublin–Laurens County community, Bethsaida is a close-knit, multigenerational church in the heart of middle Georgia. We are a spiritually healthy, biblically grounded congregation of approximately 150 active members and regular attenders who are genuinely engaged in worship, ministry, and church life. We are seeking a shepherd-leader to build on a strong foundation, cast vision, and guide us into the next chapter of faithful ministry, equipping our members for effective service and expanding our gospel witness in Dublin and beyond.
We are looking for a man who demonstrates:
- A passion for expository, doctrinally sound preaching rooted in Scripture
- Commitment to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
- Gift and vision for leading a congregation toward gospel-centered growth, discipleship, and meaningful community outreach
- Humility, a servant’s heart, and genuine love for Christ’s church
The Senior Pastor will provide Christ-centered leadership and vision for the church, equipping and serving alongside our associate pastor of children and students, worship pastor, deacons, and ministry leaders as he shepherds the congregation with faithfulness, humility, and a servant’s heart.
A master’s degree in divinity or theology and 5+ years of senior pastoral experience in a Southern Baptist church are preferred. Licensed and ordained Southern Baptist ministers are encouraged to apply.
