Job Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Cambria, WI

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $28/hr $34/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment in a highly automated food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical issues.
Support equipment installation and rebuilds.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
Minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with production/manufacturing equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Work Schedule

Off-Season: October June

Monday Friday
40-hour workweeks

Pack Season: Mid-June Early October

12-hour shifts
6 days on / 1 day off
Day/night shift rotation
Overtime available
