Din rolle: Arkitekten bak den gode kundereisen Vi ser etter en Customer Success Manager som vil mer enn å bare forvalte kontoer. Du vil bli en strategisk rådgiver for noen av Europas største eiendomsporteføljer. Din jobb er å forstå menneskene bak systemene, oversette kompleks AI-teknologi til faktisk verdi, og sikre at våre kunder lykkes over tid. Som en tidlig ansettelse i CS-teamet vil du ikke arve ferdige oppskrifter. Du vil være med på å skrive dem. Hva du vil gjøre: Eie og pleie: Du har det overordnede ansvaret for en portefølje av strategiske kunder, med fokus på dype relasjoner, adopsjon og langsiktig verdiskaping. Strategisk rådgivning: Forstå kundenes unike behov og hjelpe dem med endringsreisen det er å ta i bruk AI i driften. Lede implementering: Sikre en trygg og inspirerende onboarding‑prosess der du oversetter tekniske kapabiliteter til arbeidsflyter som fungerer i hverdagen. Være kundens stemme: Jobbe tett med produkt- og utviklingsteamet vårt for å sikre at kundenes behov står i sentrum for det vi bygger. Sikre kommersiell suksess: Drive fornyelser og identifisere muligheter for utvidelse gjennom tillitsbasert dialog. Bygge fundamentet: Utvikle prosesser, playbooks og verktøy som gjør at vi kan skalere CS‑funksjonen profesjonelt. Hvem er du? Vi ser etter deg som trives i krysningen mellom teknologi og mennesker, og som motiveres av å skape orden i kaos. Erfaring: Du har 3–5+ års erfaring fra Customer Success, Account Management eller tilsvarende strategiske roller i B2B SaaS. Relasjonsbygger: Du er god til å lytte, bygge tillit hos ulike typer interessenter og navigere i komplekse organisasjoner (stakeholder management). Kommersielt hode: Du forstår sammenhengen mellom fornøyde kunder og forretningsmessig vekst, og er komfortabel med kontraktsdialoger. Formidlingsevne: Du evner å gjøre det kompliserte forståelig og inspirerende, både på norsk og engelsk. Mentalitet: Du trigges av å bygge noe fra grunnen, tar eierskap til oppgavene dine og trives i et miljø med høyt tempo.
