Maintenance Technician (1st Shift – Immediate Need)

Pay: $24–$28/hour

Shift: First Shift (Day Shift)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated distribution center. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting advanced material handling systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on conveyors, sorters, cranes, and robotic systems

• Troubleshoot equipment using PLCs (Allen-Bradley), schematics, and control logic

• Maintain VFDs, motors (480V), sensors, and automated systems

• Execute preventive maintenance and root cause analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues

• Work safely at heights when required

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments

• Experience with conveyors or automated systems

• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read electrical schematics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
