The team currently has a significant marketing backlog due to resource constraints. Key objectives include:

1. Relaunch Homeowner Newsletter Reactivate a newsletter program that was paused due to limited resources.

2. Improve Onboarding Communications Enhance communications for new mortgage-servicing customers.

3. Website Enhancements Review servicing-related web content. Recommend updates and new informational content.

4. Increase Marketing Capacity Help demonstrate business value and workload demand. Support the business case for adding permanent headcount.
