Real Estate Investment & Finance Associate

Overview Required experience includes real estate debt and equity transactions. Must have experience drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements. Candidates need experience with transactional due diligence review, specifically including title and survey matters. The role requires the ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings. Posting details Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Investment and Finance group in the Chicago office. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the Illinois State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver. Required experience should include experience with real estate debt and equity transactions, drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents and purchase and sale agreements, experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters, and the ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings. The estimated salary range for this role is $235,000 - $440,000.
