About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Investment & Growth Officer (CIGO) to join their team. The CIGO will be instrumental in the firm's evolution, bringing a wealth of experience in investment judgment, capital connectivity, institutional sophistication, and enterprise leadership. This executive will work closely with the senior leadership team to define and implement strategies that will position the company for significant growth. Key responsibilities include shaping firmwide strategy, attracting long-term private capital, and driving growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate investment and be adept at identifying and evaluating growth opportunities. The successful candidate for the CIGO position at the company will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape.
