About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to lead the evolution of its growth strategy, integrating business development, client experience, and marketing into a cohesive approach. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the legal industry, capable of building and owning a firmwide growth plan that is closely tied to measurable revenue targets. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of the legal market, including emerging forces, operational drivers of profitability, and the dynamics of high-impact client development. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing market opportunities, developing and leading client retention and growth strategies, and collaborating with firm leadership on pricing and value-delivery approaches. Candidates for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or JD strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in business development and/or client management within a law firm. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, change management, and executive influencing skills, as well as a strong grasp of legal market economics and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to see and act on growth patterns, develop strong relationships across the firm, and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities also include overseeing the firm's marketing and branding efforts, managing the marketing budget, and implementing best practices for the firm's growth technology stack. The Chief Growth Officer will be a strategic partner, working closely with the firm's attorneys to support the execution of the growth plan.
