About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead the organization's next chapter of growth. This newly created executive role is pivotal in bringing a modern and integrated approach to marketing, demand generation, business development, and enterprise relationship growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing an enterprise-wide growth strategy that is in line with the company's mission and long-term priorities. This includes identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, establishing clear goals, and overseeing the execution of the strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in sales, business development, and marketing, who can also influence and partner effectively across the organization. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of leadership experience in growth-related functions. A hands-on mindset and a proven track record in building or transforming growth-related capabilities are essential. The role requires a leader with a builder mentality, capable of modernizing and strengthening marketing capabilities, and with a strong understanding of consultative selling, business development, and product positioning. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and experience in sectors such as insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare, and a background in serving faith-based or nonprofit organizations. Key skills include the ability to influence senior leaders, a data-oriented approach, and a strong alignment with the company's service-oriented, faith-based mission.
