You will prioritize and dispatch work orders based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic efficiency while maintaining clear communication with customers, field technicians, and leadership. Throughout the day, you will review job notes, adjust schedules as priorities change, and help create an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication and organization.
