Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center Windsor, VT Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is currently seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care Team at our collegial, critical care access community hospital, located in the historic central Vermont towns of Windsor and Woodstock Vermont. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for adult patients in a growing primary care practice. In addition, the candidate will seek the opportunity to build strong relationships with their colleagues and patients and provide continuous and comprehensive care to each patient. The candidate will be fully supported by nurses, medical assistants and care coordinators to provide team-based care that is grounded by evidence-based best practices. This practice provides comprehensive care and is deeply rooted in the local community.
