Our client is an established manufacturer and supplier serving the stone industry, providing granite and quartz products to fabricators, builders, developers, kitchen and bath retailers, and contractors. With a strong reputation for quality and service, our client continues to grow its footprint and is seeking driven sales talent to expand its market presence.

The Role

Our client is seeking several energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to lead business development efforts and expand market presence across the Ocala territory. In this role, you will manage key accounts (80%) and drive sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic sales team, foster strong partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that meet clients' needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success while developing your management and sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new B2B clients across target markets.

• Sell, promote, and present granite and quartz products to existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (fabricators, builders, developers, kitchen and bath retailers, contractors) and develop new customers.

• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and tailored solutions.

• Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing outside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.

• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting innovative technology or service solutions.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales, management, or business development roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and develop strategic sales initiatives.

• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze market data for informed decision-making.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms to track sales activities and customer interactions.

• Exceptional communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be insurable under the company's auto insurance policy.

Additional Information

Location: Ocala Territory

Work arrangement: Full-time, field-based

Compensation: Base salary plus commission

Company vehicle: Provided for business use
