Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Type: Long-term contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire in 2027 Pay: $25–$28/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, plus 401(k) eligibility after 90 days About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with AP experience who enjoys a hands-on role, process improvement, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. Responsibilities Manage invoice review, processing, and three-way matching Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations Support vendor setup and ACH payment processes Partner with shipping and procurement teams Assist with AP process improvements and automation Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable experience required Three-way match experience required General accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams Why Consider This Opportunity?
