Mission-driven work focused on Hope, Health, and Healing for Generations Strong, collaborative leadership team and clinical support Hybrid flexibility (community, office, and remote work) Family‑friendly benefits including parental leave, birthday PTO, and more Opportunities to lead, mentor, and grow within a dynamic behavioral health program As ACTT Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in both clinical leadership and team development: Lead and Develop a High‑Performing Team Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to ACTT staff Facilitate team meetings and promote a collaborative, solution‑focused culture Ensure staff meet productivity and documentation standards Drive Quality Clinical Care Oversee treatment planning, service delivery, and participant outcomes Monitor clinical documentation and compliance with program standards Support staff in delivering evidence‑based, family‑centered care Support Youth and Families Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to direct care Assist youth and families in building stability, independence, and long‑term success Promote strengths‑based, recovery‑oriented services Collaborate Across Systems Partner with internal leadership and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated care Contribute to program development, utilization management, and service improvements Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in a human services or clinical field Active North Carolina clinical license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) 3–5 years of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral needs At least 2 years of experience in leadership, supervision, or team management Experience with evidence‑based practices and community‑based treatment models Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel within the community What to Expect This is a flexible, hybrid role that includes community engagement, clinical oversight, and team leadership.
