You will report to the Clinical Manager. This opportunity will offer a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Responsibilities Provide therapy services along with vocational and education programs and activities delegated and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist, following the patient's Plan of Treatment. Train patients and family members to manage the retraining program including dressing, feeding, grooming and hygiene skills. Document and report observed information and progress in patient records and prepare clinical notes. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities, serving as a resource to other health care personnel in meeting patient's needs. Use your skills to make an impact. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the State of North Carolina. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Valid CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Home Health experience. Pay Range $41.00 – $57.00 per visit/unit. Base pay $64,000 – $87,500 per year. Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Driving Statement: You will be part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore must have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. TB Statement: You will be patient facing, therefore part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to undergo TB screening.
