Theater Posture PlannerThe Opportunity: Serve as a Theater Posture Planner applying subject‑matter expertise to support the design, integration, communication, and execution of the Theater Posture Plan (TPP). Integrate Service Component requirements into a synchronized theater posture concept and align posture efforts. Works with staff to incorporate posture initiatives into theater‑level operational plans and products and manages posture inputs for reports. Collaborates closely with Service Component posture planners to evaluate, integrate, and document operational posture initiatives that achieve Joint effects at critical locations across the Indo‑Pacific. Validate posture requirements, resolves discrepancies across the Joint Force, and ensures initiatives are operationally grounded, feasible within timelines, and aligned with Command priorities. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
