Registered Nurse (RN)Dublin Post AcuteLocation: Dublin, OHPosition Type: Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift)Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNDublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.QualificationsEducation & LicensureCurrent, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Current CPR/BLS certification required.ExperiencePrevious experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.Proficient documentation and computer skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts.Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.BenefitsCompetitive compensationShift differential for night shiftMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) retirement planContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentWhy Join Dublin Post Acute?At Dublin Post Acute, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
