Night Shift RN

Registered Nurse (RN) Dublin Post Acute Location: Dublin, OH Position Type: Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift) Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time RN Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN is responsible for providing high‑quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members. Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Promote a positive, resident‑centered environment focused on quality care and customer service. Qualifications Education & Licensure Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Experience Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care preferred. Experience supervising nursing staff preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Proficient documentation and computer skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts. Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
