Your Role in Our Mission

• Conduct routine and specialized tests across various departments, including biochemistry, hematology, and serology, while adhering to established methodologies.
• Ensure the integrity of test results by meticulously analyzing, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing maintenance and calibration of laboratory machinery.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for processing as needed.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory activities, mentor new team members, and uphold high-quality lab standards.
• Maintain a sterile, compliant lab environment in accordance with all regulatory mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, and eligible for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Keep certification active throughout your tenure.
