We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Remote Medical Records Clerk to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on medical records and information management roles.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing documents and ensuring patient data is maintained accurately.

What You’ll Do

Organize and maintain electronic medical records

Upload, index, and categorize patient documents

Verify records for completeness and accuracy

Respond to record requests from providers or departments

Ensure HIPAA compliance in all record handling

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills

Ability to maintain accuracy with detailed work

Comfort using EHR and document management systems
