Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Department: Physician Relations Schedule: Full-time | Days How you'll make an impact in this role Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture deep-rooted community relationships to ensure patients have seamless, reliable access to our network of specialists and primary care providers. Lead Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute outreach strategies that expand our reach and connect more people to our healthcare services. Solve Provider Challenges: Facilitate consultative meetings to identify service gaps, offering tailored educational and clinical solutions that enhance both provider satisfaction and patient care. Drive Data-Backed Outcomes: Utilize market insights to engage key stakeholders and remove barriers to care, ensuring the organization meets its long-term goals for community impact. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
