If you're looking for a career where you can help make a difference in the lives of others alongside a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!What We ValueClient CommitmentIntegrityA Will to WinTeamworkPersonal AccountabilityPassionWhat You'll DoAs a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You'll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.Engaging with Clients: You'll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You'll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.Advocating in Trials: You'll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.What You NeedLegal Accumen: Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferredLicensure: Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred. Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.What You GetCompensation and Benefits:Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually*, reflecting the high value we place on your expertise and contributions.
