Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team at the Health Center in Vermilion, OH. This position is based on-site and involves assessing and providing treatment to residents in various settings, including assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate residents' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and managing pain.
- Document patient progress and treatment details in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
