Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll regulations, and proficiency in various accounting software.Responsibilities:Run payrolls for 800+ employeesEnsure that payroll goes out in a timely mannerMaintain insurance and 401K plansReview and abide by company policies and proceduresMake sure account balances are correctResolve payroll errorsOnboarding and offboarding employeesProvide payroll reports to the managementComplete worker's comp auditSkills:2+ years of experience in payrollIn-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityIf you are a highly organized individual with a strong background in payroll management, we would love to hear from you.
