This opportunity is based within a well-established, highly regarded Colorectal and General Surgery practice serving both outpatient and inpatient/OR settings. The facility includes a 380-bed tertiary hospital consistently ranked among America's Top 100 Hospitals, a 175-bed Specialized Care Facility, and a Critical Access Hospital. The department is part of a regional referral center and an ACS Cancer Center, featuring an accredited Level I Trauma Center and HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification for both Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities.

Physician - Colorectal and General Surgery


Job Details:

• Join an established, highly regarded Colorectal and General Surgery practice serving outpatient and inpatient/OR settings
• Full-time position available due to planned retirement
• Primary focus on colorectal surgery, supplemented with general surgery cases as needed
• Department includes 7 general surgeons, including fellowship-trained hepatobiliary, colorectal, and endocrine surgeons, along with 10 NP/PAs
• Busy department encompasses general, robotic, endocrine, colorectal, breast, bariatric, advanced laparoscopic, endoscopy, and colonoscopy services with a large mix of cases
• Rural surgery residency training program in place
• BC/BE in General Surgery required
• Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery required; ABCRS certified or eligible
• Candidates must be proficient in the full spectrum of colorectal surgery
• Excellent clinical and communication skills required, with a strong commitment to team-oriented patient care
