Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

Location: West Palm Beach, 33404

Pay Rate: $80K annually + Commission

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction and/or HVAC/R.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Established network of industry contacts is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Consent to a background check and drug screening.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Identify opportunities for HVAC, refrigeration, controls, maintenance agreements, equipment replacement, and energy efficiency projects.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using personal network, referrals, market research, and outreach campaigns.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and bid forms tailored to client specifications.
• Track sales activities, prepare forecasts, and report progress toward revenue goals to executive leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
• Represent Excell Refrigeration at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
• Uphold the company’s reputation by acting with professionalism and integrity at all times.
