Boh Prep Cook/Line Cook - Tacoria - Freehold

We are a rapidly expanding fast-casual restaurant group with multiple locations across the state, and we take pride in our fresh, made-daily food, strong leadership team, exceptional customer service, and commitment to constant improvement. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking line cooks/expo for our new Ridgewood location. Every role at Tacoria plays an important part in our success, and this position is both leadership-driven and highly customer-focused.
Back of house requirements:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Kitchen experience (preferred)
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work nights and weekends
