• Schedule : PM's 3pm-11:30pm with a Saturday or Sunday shift each week
• Skilled Nursing (SNF) or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) experience is preferred
• BA/BS Degree required

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) - Make Recovery Possible

Working in behavioral health offers a level of purpose few careers can match. As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC), you will support adults on their recovery journey, helping them build skills, regain confidence, and move toward greater independence.

What You Will Do

• Provide group and individual psychiatric rehabilitation services
• Deliver case management support to adults with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations
• Help residents build daily living, coping, and social skills
• Develop and carry out therapeutic interventions focused on long-term stability

• Document services and progress according to program and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) : officially we title this job a PRSC, but in other centers it may be called a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, Psychiatric Rehab Specialist, Behavioral Health Program Coordinator, or Behavioral or Mental Health Professional (MHP).

What we need from you :

• Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility, or specialized mental health rehab facility is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and have a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is ideal, but not required

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
