General Manager
Seeking a high-energy General Manager for a high-volume, restaurant and bar concept in Fort Worth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and understands how to drive both guest experience and profitability.
We are looking for a polished operator with strong food & beverage knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead from the floor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH management and hourly staff
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and culture
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance
- Ensure consistency in execution and overall guest experience
- Work closely with culinary and bar leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or upscale casual concept
- Strong bar and beverage knowledge preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing financials, labor, and operational systems
- High standards for hospitality and attention to detail
- Stable work history with strong career progression
